As President, I am honored to greet coaches, athletes, officials, and partners from across our vibrant and diverse region. From Canada to the Caribbean, our shared commitment to excellence in track & field unites us beyond borders, languages, and cultures.

Our Association exists to elevate the profession of coaching, promote education and collaboration, and strengthen the development pathway for athletes at every level. We are dedicated to fostering innovation, sharing best practices, and building a supportive community where coaches can learn, lead, and inspire.

Together, we will continue to raise the standard of our sport and create opportunities for the next generation of champions—on and off the track.
